Really nice idea, with some more work this could have been proper nice : P

Frame rate was a little slow, music in act 3 was headache inducing haha.

but yeah, with more games featured and generally more polish, it could be really good.

Wayyy too big!

Well, the music was high quality and stuff but for a sprite movie that barely lasted 3 minutes, the filzesize is just way too big. For people on a slow connection, its gonna suck if they have to wait so long just to see a VERY short series of mario skits. Maybe you should take the song out of the preloader to cut it down.

As for the flash itself, it was kinda boring lol. everything moved really slowly and to be honest we've all seen mario fall off a cliff/get hit by a random object/ swear at luigi 4,000 times already!

so yeah, if you make a fourth episode, I'd increase the speed and perhaps add some punchlines that weren't predictable. as well as cut the file size down (compress your sound, etc), this should honestly only be 1MB tops.

[Not-The-Final Fantasy XII]

heh!

At first I was expecting 'Awesome Fantasy XII' and I groaned. But then I saw that you made half-beard, which I loved, so I pressed on

And I gotta say, you did a great job! Characters were really active and believable, graphics were functional in some areas and great in others, I especially like how you drew stuff from different angles etc.

Nothing was mega funny but I still smiled here and there.

Overall good stuff man!

No awesome in the title, so no reason to half ass the drawing and scream a bunch. Of course, I did yell a FEW times in this, but not as much as would be in an awesome title. Plus, I'd much rather distinguish my own style instead of borrowing from others. Glad you enjoyed what you did, biscuit!

It was sweet that you did this for the singer, but overall its a very bland/generic sprite movie. Doesn't really offer anything new especially for something made in 2007 : (

Odd.

Kinda weird for a sprite movie. Bowser splitting into three different sprite versions of himself was....strange. but sorta fun. Overall though it just felt kinda messy - i went and watched the first episode and it was a lot more polished than this one. in fact, i enjoyed that 'un quite a bit

also, metal slug added a great twist to this 'series' but this episode felt too much like a standard 'mario v bowser' movie.

Fun soundtrack though!

[Sonic: Nazo Unleashed Part 3]

decent.

This keeps popping in and out of the Top 50 so I decided to give it a shot and see what all the fuss is about.

Sound was okay, well-balanced, typical hyper fight music blah de blah. Graphics were in this sort of bland semi-anime style, and to be honest while the line/pencil tool is great for making your stuff look clean, it also makes things look really thin and sort of wierd. There wasn't really much that made Nazi or whatever he was called stand out that much from the billions of other Sonic characters either. He was kinda boring.

I did admire how you sort of revelled in how cliche this was, whilst everything was over-the-top, overdone and overall really really silly, you obviously had fun doing it and although its a mesh of two things that I REALLY don't think go together well (Sonic and Dragonball), it was at least a somewhat entertaining story.

Animation was okay, some nice frame by frame in some parts. Let's just hope your future fight scenes aren't all rainbow-coloured light shows ;-)

Thanks a lot! This is a very fair review. You do not like Sonic-DBZ themed flashes and the cliche, over the top, cheezy dialouge/thematics, but still found some enjoyment out in my work. I can most definitely respect that.

While I can say my future projects will be more original and stylized, I do love me some special effects :D
